Ooh La La!: Paris Fashion Week RECAP

Eiffel tower backdrop? ICONIC.

It was a tasteful choice of venue by designer of Saint Laurent, Anthony Vaccarello. Luckily, Vaccarello was able to wow audiences and successfully compete against the massive Eiffel Tower for attention.

Chanel's venue came in close second. The gorgeous waterfalls and peaceful, naturalistic setting complemented Chanel's pieces well. This replica of the Verdon Gorge in the south of France was enough to make Mother Nature proud. Check out Chanel's rain-ready collection below.

Thom's Unicorn Fantasy

What a magical show! Thom Browne's unicorn was most definitely a Paris Fashion Week highlight. Thom completed the ensemble with a fairy godmother who walked the runway to "Part of Your World" from Disney's The Little Mermaid. The show's whimsical and outlandish designs were a sight to see. New York at Paris Fashion Week

New York designer, André Walker, brought his originals back during Paris Fashion Week. His designs, created between 1982 and 1986, were a beautiful tribute to his classic talent. His pieces are still new and exciting within the fashion world three decades later. The throwback is much appreciated, André!
